Account Manager - urgently required

ACCOUNT MANAGER, based from Horsham reporting to the Client Development Director, the Account Manager will take ownership of nominated accounts and act as the customer champion internally and externally.

They will be responsible for protecting baseline revenues within the accounts; identifying and winning significant profitable new business via incremental sales including contract extension business; improve client satisfaction to the point of client advocacy; and ensure good financial management of key accounts via virtual team including FD.
