Our client is an award winning digital agency respected for innovative thinking and meticulous attention detail. They pride themselves on being the first large agency (not super affiliate) to offer a self-financing and risk-free solution for running Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns based on a Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) model. That being said; they do offer the traditional management fee model for situations where the CPA model does not suit. With over 80 full-time employees who create and manage PPC marketing campaigns using the company’s proprietary management platform, which was developed in-house to overcome the considerable limitations associated with non-contextual analytics tools and automated bid management solutions. With billings in excess of £20m.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategy and efficient day to day management of assigned client accounts, focusing on gross profit growth. Exploring opportunities and facilitates campaigns through all available marketing channels (e.g. PPC, SEO, display, email and social media) with particular emphasis on innovative initiatives. Working closely with Account Managers to communicate campaign strategy, progress and results and assisting with the compilation of campaign reports.

Requirements include: An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running PPC campaigns (particularly Google analytics and other web analytics packages). 2 years experience in digital marketing account management; with previous accountability for annual billings in excess of £1m. Google Advertising Fundamentals Exam, A good understanding of Google analytics and other web analytics packages. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

You should also be commercially astute, identifies and suggests opportunities to the Company Directors, Possesses strong business writing skills and able to produce high quality documents, Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritise tasks, Exhibits a high level of attention to detail, Possesses strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skills, Possesses strong customer telephone and face to face skills, Is a confident and articulate presenter, Proven ability to proficiently chair meetings, Possesses the requisite Project Management skills required to ensure seamless standards of service and delivery ,Possesses strong software skills that support the delivery of high quality client facing documents.
