Area Manager - Mobile Phone Sales Units
A fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager possibly from a retail management background. This role is for someone that is looking for the next step in their career. You must have previous mobile industry experience and be a passionate driver of sales with the ability to lead a team that deliver to target.
The successful candidate will be managing major network 'Mobile Sales Units', very similar to the Sky TV set up in shopping centre. You will be managing the entire business which will involve full P & L responsibility, as well as Recruitment, Managing the MSU's, Driving the Sales and making sure that P & L works successfully for the business. Initially my client we will be running 5 MSU's, with the intention for the Area Manager to build this to 10-15 units. Head count for each will be 2-3 people.
Hours are varied and Monday to Sunday, and the successful candidate will take full repsonsible for the mobile sales units and will therefore need to be contactable at all times.
You will recieve in return an uncapped Bonus structure based on a percentage of the P & L. You will be targeted on selling sim only connections, home broadband + fixed line, prepay and other extra value services. Basic 25k-30k + Car allowance + Commission & Bonus.
