Corporate Sales Support / Account Manager
Mobile Phone/Telecommunications experienced Sales Support / Account Manager required for this amazing opportunity to move into a rapidly expanding company with serious and exciting prospects. Having won numerous awards including partner of the year o2 and lowest network customer churn in 2009 (under 1%), our client is looking for an Sales Support executive to work directly under the Managing Director. This will be a very varied and exciting role. The successful candidate for this Sales Support role MUST have previous Mobile Phone or Telecommunications or IT background.
Based in Basingstoke our client is a market leading supplier of Telecommunications Services to Corporate and Small & Medium Enterprise (SME). Our client is a well established company, privately owned, with no debt & cash flow positive! Their business / success has been built on providing the highest level of customer satisfaction and service resulting in high levels of referral.
We are looking for a Sales Support Executive with some previous experience that will be happy to live the highs and lows of each and every account. Some clients that you may be expected to assist with will include: Marks & Spencer’s, Chelsea FC, RAF, Liverpool FC etc. You will also be expected to organise corporate entertainment at the o2 arena and certain premiership football clubs! Other duties may include: Arranging handset swaps for faulty devices, Account & Billing enquiries, International travel, stock and network enquiries. Answering general and all corporate calls. Tariff breakdowns & suggestions, Arranging meetings, Quarterly review visits, Updating customers on items of general interest (new devices/bolt-ons etc), New contracts, Resigns, Recycling & Tariff quotes for new customers. You will also be expected to build rapport with customers/clients.
