Our client has been established for over 20 years and is a leading Telecommunications reseller. They provide complete telecoms solutions for consumers and businesses alike.

They are creating a new retentions team to be based out of their London office. You will be responsible for contacting existing customers that are approaching the end of their contracts, discussing their tariffs and monthly usage, upgrading their handsets and renewing their contracts.

The targets in place are very realistic with an excellent commission structure in place that generously rewards target achievement and over performance.

The successful candidates should have had a minimum of 1year sales / telesales experience.

You will need excellent communication skills, written and verbal and a genuine hunger and desire to succeed.
