Microsoft Windows Phone Retail Advisor:
Managing a set geographical area (Postcodes CR, KT, RH, SE, SW, TW) of major Mobile Phone Retail outlets such as Vodafone, O2, CPW & P4U providing brand awareness and support for all Windows based handsets.
You will be responsible for representing Microsoft in the development and maintenance of distribution and display quality of Microsoft Windows Mobile product portfolio.
You will need to identify key staff members at store level and coach, train and support them.
This is not a sales role but a role were you will need to use excellent people skills to ensure the retail staff fully understand the products in order for them spot potential sales opportunities.
You will need to ensure they have the correct training, the right stock levels, POS equipment and be the point of contact for all support.
You need to have strong personal communications skills, a good understanding of Microsoft Windows Mobile products and be confident enough to present new products, provide training demonstrations.
