You will become one of a small team manning a dynamic & exciting retail sales format in the UK for Mobile Phones from within shopping malls.

This role is all about engaging with passing customers within shopping malls & converting them into a mobile phone sale or supporting accessory item. Product demonstration is core to this role so you will be a 'hands on' savvy individual on how mobile technology can add real benefit to a customers lifestyle through utilizing correctly the 'Apps' that are right for each customer.

Our clients model works on both acquisition and retention so you will need to be experienced at selling all the UK airtime networks and handset manufacturer brands. Both post & pre pay will be actively sold.

You will have the talent & tenacity to maximize both the sales opportunity & customer's satisfaction through a dynamic & efficielnt sales interaction. You must have the ability to interact comfortably with all customer age groups and all customer types, cross-sell where appropriate to other promotional offers. Re-book follow up appointment times to complete the sales transaction where required through 1:1 sit down appointments.

Follow up via email/social networking route with the customer to ensure they obtain a World Class customer experience.

The successful candidate will turn this role into the vehicle to make your store/kiosk the detstination for customers for their mobile needs.

£13,000 p.a reviewed at 6 months & annually thereafter will be based on performance criteria. Profit share of Gross Profit delivered vs target OTE £10k, paid monthly. Also spot sales prizes & monthly team sales awards.

40 hours per week over 5 working days - weekend work will be required.
