Office Manager. Our client are one of the UK's leading suppliers of Mobile, Voice & Data solutions for Business in the UK and a Vodafone's leading Platinum partner.
We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee the day to day running of our clients Showroom, Sales Office and Workshop in Cambridge. This is a key role and the ideal candidate needs to have a strong sales focus and ideally, experience of running a retail business.
Their responsibilities will include managing a team of 18-20 people. They will be required to be confident and determined in this role and able to motivate the staff to deliver and achieve the company goals and targets. This will include working and supporting sales teams. Controlling the day to day administration of the office, running of the showroom, workshop and stock.
This role provides a very exciting opportunity to the right individual to help an already successful business further develop and provide vision, direction and leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
· Overseeing the sales teams, motivating and supporting them in achieving company goals..
· Office management and supporting all staff.
· Workshop and showroom management and stock control.
· Reporting back to Senior Management.
· Provide direction to all teams.
· Delivering a 6 month rolling plan of activities and forecast of sales within the Cambridge facility.

· Experience of managing and supporting a team of 18-20 people
· Good IT, budget and reporting skills

· Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.
· Attending and hosting team meetings.
· Ability to work calmly under pressure.
