Our client is one of the largest companies of its sector within the world. The group has a staff compliment of over 9,000 employees working in 115 operating companies covering more than 100 countries of the world.

You will be responsible for the management and performance of a highly specialised team who are experts in their area of business and deliver high-level service to all clients and business units. You will be leading this team of four technical individuals and will provide the link between the commercial side of the business and external customers.

You will also be responsible for the creation and management of a new helpdesk team who provide technical assistance to clients using a bespoke data reporting package.

The Reporting Manager will have a proven ability in the management and development of talented staff, previous experience in technical reporting role (SQL, Linux, Advanced Excel essential), skills in delivering service to external clients.
