Senior Account Manager:
Our client is a world leading market research company with a heavy focus on Retail & Technology.
They require a Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of very large companies within their SDA panel (Small Domestic Appliances).
The SDA panel in the UK is one of the most mature and important in Europe with high profile clients such as P&G, Nespresso, Dyson, Philips and Tefal among its portfolio.
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for supporting clients day to day, panel quality, market analysis and advising clients, both manufacturer and retailer, presenting on opportunities and challenges for their business. You will also be expected to drive business development, marketing our services and helping to plan strategically for the future of the SDA panel in both the UK and Ireland.
You will have strong analytical skills, a proactive, client-focused approach and will have had experience managing a team passionate about their business. You will also have presented at a senior level and be able to digest and explain complex information in simple terms.
