Telephone Account Manager

Due to expansion our client have 3 new roles for Telephone Account Managers. Based in Basingstoke our client is a market leading supplier of Telecommunications Services to Corporate and Small & Medium Enterprise (SME). They are currently looking to grow and expand their sales & support teams, in particular their TAM (Telephone Account Manager) executive team. Within the role of TAM your duties will include: managing a number of loyal customers to ensure service levels are acceptable, ensuring voice/data revenues are maintained/increased and assisting the Field Sales team with identifying opportunities within the accounts. You will be responsible for dealing with the day to day queries and 1st line care issues that arise, as well as taking orders over the telephone for upgrades or new connections.

Ideally you will have at least 1 year experience within a telesales / sales support role / account management and experience within the Telecoms space would be a distinct advantage. We are looking for people with good sales qualities with an eye for the future - this role will evolve and progress for the right person with the necessary hunger. Key attributes associated with this role include being highly professional, having good communication skills, both written and verbal.

The successful candidate/s will be working from modern, spacious offices with onsite facilities that include: restaurant, free gym, internet cafe & parking. The offices are just a 5 minute walk from the main railway station.
Salary: £15-£20k + bonus – OTE £25k + Excellent Company Benefits
