Telephone Account Manager – ESSEX BASED
Our client is Vodafone's largest business (Platinum) partner in the UK, due to on-going growth and success we are now looking to recruit additional key people into the team to ensure the business continues to show growth and be number one in the UK. They are an independent provider of business mobile and data solutions, with well over 10 years experience in the SME/Corporate market. Their strategy is to build a customer focused business based upon strong values of honesty, integrity and trust with customer service always at the forefront of their thoughts. Due to continued success and growth they are looking at expanding this very successful Internal Account Management team.
Telephone Account Manager required to manage and develop an existing client base and to produce circa 20% new business so 80% account management 20% new business. You will be responsible for contacting existing clients and up selling a vast range of telecommunication services including Mobile, Data, Landline and hosted IP services. The role involves working to very realistic targets with very strong incentives in place, with an opportunity to develop a structured career. The successful candidates should have had a minimum of 1 year internal sales / telesales experience or come from a mobile phone industry B2B background, with a genuine passion for sales. We are looking for someone with excellent sales qualities and an eye for the future, this role will evolve and progress for the right candidate who has the required hunger. In return you can expect a basic salary of £20k - £25k p.a. + Commission (additional £5k).
