Telesales Executive x 4
Due to expansion our client has 4 new roles for Telesales Executives. Based in Basingstoke our client is a market leading supplier of Telecommunications Services to Corporate and Small & Medium Enterprise (SME). They are currently looking to grow and expand their sales & support teams, in particular their Telesales executive team. For this role of Telesales Executive we are looking for a driven and motivated person to sell our clients whole portfolio, covering mobile, data, landline and hosted IP services. You will be selling to SME’s and will be required to generate sales and participate in outbound calling campaigns. This role involves working to realistic targets with very strong incentives in place. There is an opportunity to move across into field sales, pre-sales or account management.

Ideally you will have at least 1 year experience within a telesales / sales support role / account management and experience within the Telecoms space would be a distinct advantage. We are looking for people with good sales qualities with an eye for the future - this role will evolve and progress for the right person with the necessary hunger. Key attributes associated with this role include being highly professional, having good communication skills, both written and verbal.
The successful candidate/s will be working from modern, spacious offices with onsite facilities that include: restaurant, free gym, internet cafe & parking. The offices are just a 5 minute walk from the main railway station.
Salary: £15-£20k + upcapped commission – top performers can expect to earn £40k+ p.a. + Excellent Company Benefits
