Our client is a household name within the mobile industry. We are looking for a Mobile Industry experienced Warehouse / Procurement Manager who will be responsible for the procurement and fulfilment of stock to stores and CRM. Control of all operational activities and administration, to guide and develop a team to deliver 100% stock availability.
The successful candidate must have mobile industry experience with a minumum of 2 years experience as a Warehouse Manager.
You will also be responsible for: 1)Procurement – Forecast the range, quantities and suppliers for future purchases. Communication between Distribution and Networks for HSF handset approval. Generate purchase orders. 2) Stock – Daily analysis of sales vs. stock holding. Control of stock valuation, stock checks, processing / supply of stock to partners, fulfilment of stock to stores and CRM. Tracking and monitoring of logistics. Communication of stock availability & new product launches to partners stores and CRM. Manage value of all stock departments to agreed limits, specifically: Stock available for sale, Stock in transit between locations, Stock in returns departments, Stock waiting credit notes from suppliers, Aged stock 0-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days 91 days and above. 3) Administration – Approval of invoices / credits from suppliers and processing on EPOS system. Control of returns / credits from stores, partners and CRM. Ensuring that all invoices, credit notes and returns and processed within given SLA’s Monitoring of Partner credit levels. Setting up of codes on multiple platforms. Price changes & price protection on the EPOS system. 4) Troubleshooting – Resolve day to day issues across the board. Reporting and resolution of software (internal & external) and human generated errors between multiple 3rd parties/ departments.
